Bay Language Foundation (SIBA) was founded to make multilingual learning accessible to children, youth, adults, families, and educators, regardless of financial circumstance. Through scholarships, tuition assistance, educational supplies, and transportation support, we help remove the barriers that keep people from learning, connecting, and growing across cultures.
